Let's just call the past few days a wash. I've actually marked three of the past six days on my 2008-at-a-glance calendar with the "i-for-injury" symbol for the first time. Today I did 3 miles on the treadmill, then gave the tendinitis some ice and massage - it feels like it will be good enough to do an easy speed workout tomorrow, but I'm going to have to be careful.
As far as a weekly update goes, I did 4.6 miles last Tuesday and that was it for last week. This past Sunday it was 21 weeks to the Wineglass Marathon.
