Easy Run Day

4.25 miles at 6.2-6.3 mph. My training paces are mostly in mph, not minutes/mi, because that's the way the treadmill works. I will make up a list of my recommended training paces in another post. Lately, I can really feel the easy runs getting easier (especially the long runs) and the speed work getting more efficient.

(Update: Yay!! I fixed the header image. The key is to save it with a new name before uploading it.)
