4.0 miles total: 0.75 w/u, 3.0 at 6.2-6.4 mph (9:40-9:22 pace), 0.25 c/d. For those of you following along at home, the posts with paces stated in mph are done on the treadmill. I was feeling a little tired today, but the run picked me right up (that's what exercise does, right? it gives you energy!). Now I have that familiar warm feeling in all the right leg muscles.
