Long Run Day

8.8 miles - 30 degrees with 10 mph west wind. Wore knit poly pants, B/W poly top and navy windbreaker, EMS cap, gloves - cold starting into the wind but not too bad with the wind. Overall, a satisfactory run if a little short of the 9 mile plan.
