3.25 mi total: 0.5 w/u, 2.5 at easy pace with 4x100 m strides at 7:30 pace. New shoes and orthotics - felt OK but check back later. Back sore Friday night from wearing new orthotics at work all day.
Weekly total: 25.7 miles, 53.24 MTD/YTD. 37 weeks to Wineglass Marathon.
Dr. G. (podiatrist) very impressed with to-the-day training schedule. Told him of the plan to train for March 30 15K race and maybe March 8 4-miler and re-evaluate for spring/summer. Comments on the plan from coaches and runners welcome.
