Speed Training Day
5.75 miles total: 6x800 at 7.7 to 8.0 mph (7:48-7:30 pace) with 400 rests, 1.0 w/u, 0.5 c/d. Felt better than I expected, and much better/easier than past 800 workouts. Left shin is sore at the high tendon insertion. Time to treat myself to dinner!
