Still Recovering

I managed three miles on the treadmill today - one walking, 1.25 jogging, and the rest a cool-down walk. My legs are sore all over now, but not too tight, and they're not getting worse. I think a few more days of walking and jogging will do the trick. I have eight (easy) miles on the schedule for Saturday and I'll do it even if I'm still a little sore.
