Two short laps around the neighborhood for 4.16 miles in 35:54 (with an average pace of 8:38 and negative splits, of course). Just a stretch of the legs before tomorrow's 17 miles. I am a little anxious that I won't sleep well, like before my last big run, although I am getting used to the idea that sometimes you can and should train when you're tired.
I wrote the big training plan into my Google spreadsheet today - I can't see doing all the races Glover recommends, but they could be good for race pacing and strategy before my first marathon. Then I will sleep until spring.
