I am again comfortable saying that I have run long. No, nowhere near my recent peak of 17 miles, but today's weekend run was 10.2 miles. Total time was 1:35:59 or 9:24 pace - pretty good average for a long run, although I picked it up at the end like I always do. The left leg is pretty tender at the moment, and it bothered me a little on the run, but it serves as a reminder to land lightly and go easy on the foot motion.
Weekly total: 29.42 (that's better - the blue line is getting closer to the red line), 10.2 June to date, 472.32 YTD. 18 weeks to Wineglass Marathon.
