5 miles total on the treadmill in 51:15, easy pace up to 6.5 mph (9:14 pace). Included 1x1:00 at 8 mph (7:30), 2x400 at 8 mph. Followed up with P.T. exercises, which I'm also charting in my log. Before my runs I'm also trying the Biofreeze/massage treatment that the P.T. Assistant uses on me - it's great to feel your whole leg go cold and numb. Tomorrow I'm planning 10 easy miles in the morning, and because we have to go to Rochester for LG's surgery on Monday night, I might try to run Monday morning.
