Four runs in the last week - not too bad. I'm actually trying to go easy and not hurt anything. Besides, next week is my annual Adirondacks trip so there's some hiking to be done in the near future.

Monday 9/1: 4.75 with 2.08 on the road in 18:26 (8:52 pace)
Mileage update: August 30.12, YTD 561.43 (yay! this beats last year)
