Pretty good for lately - and two days in a row! I went 4.0 miles today on the treadmill in 43:26, with a 10 minute warm-up (about 0.7 miles), ran to 3.6 at 6.3-7 mph, and cooled down to 4.0. I also got in 2x10 push-ups and 1 ea. side plank of 0:30. That's seconds, not minutes, BTW.
