4.0 mi by usual 0.5/3.25 easy/0.25 format on treadmill. Feel fine, no complaints.
It was an easy week with light mileage (23.6 total). Next week I ramp it back up to at least 29, with a 12 mile long run. I remember when 15 was a big weekly total, then 20. Now, 20 seems like a cakewalk, and if I only hit 15 I must be sick.
Weekly total: 23.6 miles, 40.45 MTD, 129.34 YTD. 34 weeks to Wineglass Marathon.
