4.0 easy miles on the treadmill by the usual 0.75/3.0/0.25 formula. Still sore on the left side, and I'm wondering if it's the shoes or something else is throwing me off. I should probably lay off the menthol creams since I'm starting to smell like a nursing home.
Tonight I went to my first TCRC meeting, which happened to be the annual meeting.
Everyone was very nice and encouraging about the Forks XV course - thanks, Kevin, and good luck running your 20th!
