Thank you Wikipedia. Now I think I have piriformis syndrome (mimicking the knee and ankle pain of sciatica) caused by overpronation. Just one more thing to worry about before Sunday's big race. Ow.
But I still managed to go 4.0 miles on the treadmill this afternoon, including 3 miles easy with 4x400 at 8:00 pace. I think the pain went away after about three miles.
Last week, ending Sunday 3/23, after skipping the mileage update last week: Week - 14 miles, 76.42 March MTD, 277.84 YTD. 28 weeks to Wineglass Marathon.
