Easy Run Day
Saturday I got on the treadmill for a while and did an easy 2.0, walking, jogging, and running with a couple of pick-ups. This was all a warm-up to do my old P.T. exercises to strengthen the ankles and avoid the posterior tibial tendon issues. I'm sure that one set of exercises won't cure me of every nagging leg pain, but I kept the 15 miles on the schedule for Sunday. If I can run five days a week, I'm sure I can do these exercises twice. They're not easy, but they definitely help - so why haven't I been doing them, instead complaining and Biofreezing myself? Who knows.
