15 miles in 2:20:59 (9:24 pace). This was definitely a long one - a big, long loop. For those of you in the area, I crossed the Chenango River on Rt. 12A. The weather was great, hydration was good, the new NB858's were just fine, and it was nice to be out early on a Sunday morning. I only wished I had one or two more gels. Or a sandwich. My legs feel OK, not as bad as they did earlier this week - I was pretty worried about even attempting a long run. We'll see what hurts in a couple of days.
